Shipping

All products are processed for shipment within 2 business days of when the order is placed. We use a variety of shipping methods to get you your product in the most efficient manner, Including common carrier van service, flatbeds, intermodal containers and rail Our tile products are generally shipped via LTL common carrier, lift gate service is available, curbside delivery. If possible, shipping costs are calculated during order processing prior to your completing the checkout process. For truckload rates, we may have check quotes from our carriers before we can provide a firm rate.

Returns

We are dealers in used reclaimed building materials. We do everything we can to describe and represent our merchandise as well as possible, including provide digital photos of your actual shipment upon request prior to shipping. We cannot warrant that our products are suitable for any particular structural use. All of our brick are unique. Chipped corners, mortar, and other irregularities are inherent characteristics of antique brick. Each lot will vary in color and other properties. We will accept returns only on goods still in the original packaging and with all freight paid for by the buyer. Product damaged in transit will require a claim to be filed by the consignee to freight company, and will be replaced. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all tile products returned.
